  • Check-out is by 10 am.
  • Please do not arrive early or delay your departure; strict adherence to these times is required.

  • The party deck directly across from Island Spirits belongs to the neighbor, is private, and unavailable to Island Spirits guests.

  • A valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.
  • House Rules:
    • No events allowed.
    • No smoking allowed.

    • Note about pets: Dogs Only unless otherwise detailed in listing.

  • Guests may bring their own sheets and towels to avoid additional charges. Sea Coast Rentals in Surf City can provide linens for a fee.

Pet Policy

  • Dogs only are permitted. No other pets allowed unless otherwise detailed in the listing. (Note: Property allows up to 99 dogs based on source data; please confirm specific pet restrictions with property manager.)

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days prior to arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours and within 60 days of arrival, no refund will be processed unless the dates are re-rented. If the premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation fee.
